  • The item must include all original accessories, labels, and proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed according to our standard timelines (typically within 5–10 business days) and in full compliance with Canadian consumer protection regulations.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery across Canada usually takes 8–16 business days after your order is processed.
Remote or rural locations may take a few extra days depending on the courier.

How can I track my order?

You can use that number to track your parcel on the courier’s official website at any time.

Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

At this time, Vegoland offers standard shipping only across Canada.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vegoland.com with clear photos.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order — before it’s processed for shipping.
After that, we may not be able to modify your delivery details.
