To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original tags, labels, and accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty, personal care, and food products.
  • Opened or used household items.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
  • Vegoland is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but may still qualify for a return under this policy.

9. Processing Time
