  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Estimated delivery time within Canada: 8–16 business days.
  • Remote or rural areas may take a few additional days for delivery.
  • Please note that unexpected delays (e.g., weather, customs, courier issues) may affect delivery times.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • All rates are displayed clearly before completing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use this number to track the delivery progress directly through the courier’s website.

6. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Vegoland ships to all provinces and territories in Canada.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

    We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund based on our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment separately.

Vegoland is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
